Closed for production and delivery on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve and Day.
THE 24-HOUR KIOSK
Drop off at midnight. Pick up at dawn.

Get in. After hours, scan the QR code on the front door: new customers create an account there, existing customers follow the prompts to open the lobby.

Drop off. Already have a Helena’s bag with a tag? Drop it in the dropbox. If not, take a numbered bag and register the number on the kiosk.

We inventory and clean. You get an email or text once your order is checked in, and you can follow every item in your account.

Pick up. Another message when it’s ready. Collect it from the pickup kiosk whenever suits you, or ask us to deliver it free.
Items too long or large for the lockers are held for pickup during attended hours; we’ll let you know.
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Production and delivery pause on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The day before and after may shift. Kiosks stay open every day of the year.
