Couture, everyday wear, bedding, drapery and repairs are cleaned and finished in our plant in Normandy Park. Leather and fine rugs go to specialists we have trusted for years.
COUTURE & DESIGNER
Cleaned the way the designer intended.
Silk, cashmere, wool crepe, embellished and structured pieces. We read the construction, not just the care label: plant-based K4 cleaning where dry cleaning is right, Lanadol wet cleaning where water is kinder to the fiber, and hand finishing on a form so the shape survives. Vintage and archival garments welcome.
COUTURE WHITE-GLOVE SERVICE
For pieces that deserve more than the standard process: cleaned in small batches, hand finished, inspected in detail before and after, embellishments removed and reattached or covered, hand bagged in a reusable couture bag, photographed with measurements, and looked after by a named relationship manager. Three to five days. Select it for your whole wardrobe in your profile, or for single items in the cleaning instructions when you schedule. Billed at 150% of the standard price.
EVERYDAY WARDROBE
Shirts, suits and dresses, inspected like couture.
Laundered shirts with your starch preference, suits and separates dry cleaned and hand-touched at the collar and lapel, sweaters blocked back to size. Every piece is checked for missing or cracked buttons, and standard buttons are replaced at no charge. Anything more than that, we quote before we do it.

HOUSEHOLD
Comforters, drapery and table linens.
Comforters, bedspreads, blankets, quilts, sheets and shams, cleaned with plant-based solvents that lift dust, allergens and odor and dried fully so they loft again. Sheer, blackout and decorative drapes handled to their fabric. Indoor and outdoor cushion covers in any size. Table linens returned pressed and folded, ready for the next dinner.

LEATHER & FINE RUGS
Some things deserve a specialist.
Leather, suede and shearling need equipment and hands devoted to nothing else, and so do large, high-value area rugs. We entrust them to specialist cleaners we have worked with for years. Each piece is inspected and photographed before it goes and again when it returns, and our guarantee covers it the whole way. Allow two to three weeks.

WASH, DRY & FOLD
Laundry, off the list for good.
Sorted by color, gently wet washed with dermatologically tested, scent-free detergents, lightly tumble dried and returned folded. By the pound with a ten-pound minimum, or on a monthly plan with our bags, picked up and delivered at no charge, so the basket never becomes an evening. Plans can include towels, sheets, comforters and blankets. Subscription bags come back in one day.

SHOE CLEANING
Add a pair to your next order.
Include the shoes with your regular service. We assess each pair and, if a material or repair needs a decision, we contact you before going ahead. Cleaned, protected and back in about seven days.

From a button to a full re-tailoring of a suit or dress, by people who understand garment construction and fabric care. Fittings Monday to Friday at all three stores, Lower Queen Anne, Upper Queen Anne and Normandy Park, by appointment; delivery customers can pin at home and add instructions to the order. Wedding party service available.
Hems from $36, repairs from $15, quoted once the garment is in hand.
