Turn Around Time
General Turn Around Time: 2 business days- regular dry cleaning & laundered shirts 2 business days -wash/fold laundry & by-pound orders 2 business days -blanket & comforters 4 business days -household (rugs, tabletop, cushions, curtains, etc) 7 business days (+/-) alterations, time/price quote given once received We'll notify you when items need special attention and may require more time Please alert us if a quicker turn-around time is needed, we do our best to accommodate
How it Works
Sign-up to request a Pick-up Website, phone, or New Customer starter kit from concierge Leave order in designated area for pick-up (concierge/office/porch/etc.) Your credit card on file will be charged on the day of delivery Your order will be returned to your designated location with reusable garment bag and name tag for future orders! One complimentary bag per customer, additional bags available for purchase Enjoy the benefits of one less errand in your busy day!
