• We offer Free Pick-up and Delivery Mon-Friday

• Same-Day Service: notify us by 8am (log-in to request)

• Next-Day Service: notify us by 9am (log-in to request)

•  If requesting a regular pick-up after 9am, please call  & we'll do our best to accommodate

Turn Around Time

• General Turn Around Time:

  • 2 business days- regular dry cleaning &  laundered shirts

  • 4 business days -wash/fold laundry &  household items

  •  7 business days (+/-) alterations, time/price quote given once received

• We'll notify you when items need special attention and may require more time

• Please alert us if a quicker turn-around time is needed, we do our best to accommodate

How it Works

• Sign-up to request a Pick-up

  • Website, phone, or New Customer starter kit from concierge

• Leave order in designated area for pick-up (concierge/office/porch/etc.)

• Your credit card on file will be charged on the day of delivery

• Your order will be returned to your designated location with reusable garment bag and name tag for future orders! 

  • One complimentary bag per customer, additional bags available for purchase

• Enjoy the benefits of one less errand in your busy day!
